Pitcher’s out-of-the-box offline inventory management module enables reps and distributors to link inventory movement directly to CRM opportunities. Customer information is automatically populated, including information about surgeons, cases, and hospital billing. Product lot information is captured via barcode scanning and automatically adjusts available inventory in the field. Signature capture is carried out directly on the device, allowing both reps and hospital personnel to confirm the order on the spot.

These activities, including order capturing, can be carried out offline and updated via background sync when connected.
